Return & Refund Policy

At HYKLE, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receiving it.

1. Return Processing

To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated support team at support@hykle.com, and they will provide you with the necessary instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following requirements:

- You may return the item, even in used condition. Stand behind our products quality.
- The 90-day period from the date of delivery must not have elapsed.
- The item must be shipped with a valid tracking number to our return address and after receiving an RMA number.

*Do not return package without receiving RMA and Return Address from our support team. Package shipped to unknown addresses or without proper return instructions will not be considered as a valid return.


Any return-related fees, such as shipping and handling, are to be paid by the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged upon arrival. In such instances, the 'Damages and Issues' policy applies.

2. Damages And Issues

In case the item is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

3. Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. However, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, our return policy applies.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from receiving and inspecting the item. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order.
