Email support@hykle.com for a return number and address before sending anything back. You pay the return postage. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Every product includes a 1-year replacement warranty.

Which size should I choose?
Use the size ranges for the product you are buying. Impact Pro and Slippers have different ranges. If you are unsure between Impact Pro sizes, choose the larger size and trim to fit. Ask us about slipper sizing if you are between ranges or concerned about width.
Can I wear Impact Pro in work boots or sneakers?
Buyers use Impact Pro in work boots and athletic shoes. Check the size range and the space inside your footwear. If you are unsure, email us with your shoe size and the shoes you plan to wear.
Are these insoles for plantar fasciitis?
Impact Pro is designed to provide support and comfort for people with plantar fasciitis. It combines arch support and heel gel cushioning. Fit and experience vary, so you have 90 days from delivery to decide.
Are the slippers warm, closed-toe house shoes?
HYKLE Slippers have an open-toe design. They are an at-home option if you prefer an open slipper. If you want a lined, closed-toe style, check the product photos before choosing.
How long will they last?
Every product includes a 1-year replacement warranty. If you have a concern about your pair, contact support@hykle.com.
Can I mix insoles, slippers and socks for a bundle discount?
Pair-bundle pricing applies within one product. You can choose the available size or color for each pair. The recovery kit combines separate products at their current individual prices, without an extra kit discount.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 2 business days. US delivery is 3–5 business days from the US warehouse or 3–8 business days from the overseas warehouse. Australia and Canada: up to 5 business days with tracked priority or 10 with economy. For the UK and other destinations, check the available delivery options at checkout or contact us.
