So far so good!

When your feet are hurting you are willing to try anything. I was a bit sceptacle when I came across the hykle inserts. I had already tried inserts that my foot doctor had given me. I have had these inserts for about 3 weeks now and my feet feel so much better. When my feet feel better, I have more energy. I stand and walk on concrete all day, and I find that I feel great improvement since the hykle. Enough so that I am about to order another pair for other shoes and the slippers also.

How do I choose the right size for my shoe insoles?

We offer our insoles in five different sizes to cater to a variety of foot sizes. In case you're uncertain about your size, we suggest ordering one size up. Rest assured, you can conveniently trim the insole to fit your shoes perfectly.

What if I trim the insoles. Can I still return them?

Absolutely! We completely understand that there might be instances where our product may not work, although this occurs with less than 0.4% of our customers based on our return rates. However, we offer a 90-day return policy for our insoles, even if they have been used or trimmed.

How is your product different than others?

Are they going to help with Plantar Fasciitis?

However, to achieve long-lasting results, we recommend using the insoles consistently for 60-90 days. It's worth noting that during the first 2-3 weeks, we suggest using the insoles for no more than 2-3 hours a day to allow your feet to gradually adjust to the high arch support.

Are they suitable for above 250+ lbs

In short, yes, our insoles can support weights exceeding 220lbs. However, it's important to note that individuals weighing above 220lbs may need to replace them more frequently. Typically, we suggest replacing the insoles every 6-7 months, although they can usually be used for up to a year.

Should I put them on top of my old insoles?

No, please do not do that. Remove the old insoles and place ours after. If your old insoles cannot be removed, then you can try to insert ours, but we do not guarantee it will work.

Do they help with numbness in foot while walking or running?

We have tested this with a few subjects with a good results, but we cannot say for certain as the tests were made with just a few people.
