Our story
Started by a physiotherapist and a patient who couldn't walk off the pain.
HYKLE began in Sofia with a stubborn case of plantar fasciitis. Deso, one of our co-founders, had heel and shin pain that got in the way of daily life. Anelia, our other co-founder, had just finished medical school and worked as a physiotherapist in sports rehabilitation. The recovery plan we worked out together, after plenty of trial and error, is what finally worked.
That plan became HYKLE: graduated compression that stays up, insoles with real arch support, shoes that let feet move the way they should. Every product comes with 90 days to decide, even if you've worn it.

Which size should I order?
Every product page has a size picker with men's and women's shoe-size ranges and a size chart for calf or knee measurements. If a size turns out wrong, the 90-day return covers it.
How strong is the compression?
Our knee-high socks use graduated compression, firmest at the ankle and lighter toward the knee. Most styles are 20–30 mmHg at the ankle; the zipper stockings are a gentler 15–25 mmHg, and the Infinity knee brace is 15–30 mmHg. Each product page lists its level.
When will my order arrive?
We ship within 2 business days. US orders arrive in 3–5 business days from our US warehouse, or 3–8 business days when an item ships from our overseas warehouse; the product page shows which. Australia, New Zealand and Canada: up to 5 business days with tracked priority mail, up to 10 with economy mail. For other countries, each product page shows the delivery time.
Can I return socks I've worn?
Yes. You have 90 days from delivery, even if you've worn them. Email support@hykle.com for a return number and the return address. You pay the return postage; we refund the full product price within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
What does the warranty cover?
If a product fails within 1 year of your order date, we replace it free of charge. Email support@hykle.com with your order number.
Can I mix colors and sizes in a bundle?
Yes. The bundle picker on each product page lets you choose a color and size for every pair, and the discount is applied automatically.
